I have purchased one samsung laser toner cartidge through E-bay on dated 22/12/2015. As per the delivery date(4/01/2016) i have not received the item then i raised the claim(claim ID-1596712) but after some days suddenly i got a mail that materials is delivered. when i have checked the docket details i found that materials was delivered on some other location. Still date i have not received my refund & materials also. every day i call your customer care ,they told every day same version of language took 72 hrs time. but ulitimate no refund i have found. Today1 month 13 days is over i have not getting my refund. When i try to call *** he kept his no on voiice call mode all time. I have call every 2 days alternate to your representative from 5th of Jan-2016 but till date no one give the solution for the same.
Kindly help me in this issue.
