Can e Bay bring me any particulair any  sony hi fi model I  wish to have (from anywhere in the world) if I gaurentee  I am going to buy it from e bay?

It seems that you are very new to eBay or online shopping. Thats just my preception, it may be wrong.

Anyway, let me explain you abut eBay.

eBay is not a seller. eBay is a marketplace where you can find number of sellers.

So, you need to search what you want.

This is something like you are going to a marketplace or mall you will find lot many sellers/stores.

You need to choose the one who is selling the item you need to buy.

Plase the order, make the payment, the seller will send you the time.

Confirm the reciept of the item and then leave the feedback for the seller.

eBay wont charge anything from you.

Try to post what you want on http://pages.ebay.in/wantitnow/ and someone selling the item will respond . Or do a search on ebay.in or ebay.com to see the item is available .
