Pathetic service from Ebay. I received defective product & raised a complaint on 8 Septembe 2015 .10 days gone and they are not doing anything. Even I had a chat with your person and explained him all the


problem & ur person talk to me very rudely i don't accept this from ebay. only solution they have is we arrange call for you & when i received call from ur claim department they said, pls contact to seller regarding this. We can't do anything for you. Because product is under manufacturing warranty. ur seller phone always switch off. Wat is this nonsense. if customers purchase from ur site & received product with non working condition, obviously customer contact to ebay for replacement not manufacturer.

I RECEIVED DEFECTIVE PRODUCT & I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT FROM EBAY. NOW CUSTOMERS PROTECTION IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO CUSTOMERS PROTECTION THEN CLOSE YOUR WEB SITE.

I want my money back.

I will go to press and consumer court against this harrasment.
