I have purchased and made payment on 29/08/2014 for mobile battery and I got the item on 08/09/2014 and on that day I had sent a message to seller for Item that not as per described and raise claim for refund which was within 30 days after payment realization as per the ebay rules. Regarding the return dispatch, I have requesting so many times to pick up the material as no courier taking it because of battery. The seller also assured me to arrange their courier partner for pick but no any action appeared to be taken. As per the rules ebay or seller will arrange for the courier in most cases. Inspite that I have tried and at last I have couriered on dated 24.09.2014. Now seller asking that refunded shipping charges only after feedback with condition of five star rating. I already assured that feedback will be given after payment process is completed
Pl. do needful on my refund.
