I HAVE ORDER PRODUCT FROM EBAY DATED 11/09/2015 THE PRODUCT WAS TO BE DELIVERY ON 19/09/2015 BUT THE PRODUCT CAME ON 23/09/2015 TO ME WHICH WAS NOT USE TO ME ANY MORE AS PER MY REQUIRMENT I HAVE NOT RECIVED THE SAME AND THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SEND BACK TO SELLER I HAVE RAISED THE CLAIM BUT THE CLAIM WAS REJECTED BY CLAIM ADJUSTER SAYING THAT PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERY TO PROPER ADRESS BUT CHECKING TO COURIER TRACKING SHEET WHICH IS SHOWING THAT PRODUCT HAS BEEN RECIVED AT PLM VILLAGE.
