Ordered item delivered to wrong address..

Dear all,

 As i have been ordered an item  in PaisaPay ID 38104322807 on 12th-Dec-14  and it has been paid, I have been received an Airway Bill Details: Z42388580 tracking number from ebay, after continues tracking it come to know that it has been delivered to wrong address and immediately it has been complained in ebay with eBay Guarantee* claim the number is 807308. But till now there is no response from ebay nor seller.

I think this is a DTDC shipment.

You should contact DTDC and see if they can retrieve the shipment.

There is a number mentioned on DTDC's site - the number of the person who took the shipment. Contact him too.
