I have purchased a product worth Rs 963 via paisa pay from the seller on 09.12.2014. The product was never received by me. I have raised the refund request the ebay kept the refund request on hold. Neither the product delivered to me nor the amount is refunded to me till date. I have written multiple mails to ebay customer support but none of those mails ever received any response from ebay. The seller also keep on saying I will deliver the product but till date product is not delivered. My suggestion is not to buy on ebay
