Tips for buyers.
Before buying anything, always do some research.
- Have a look at eBay shop sellers for similar item & prices.
- Check the shipping charges and policy.
- Read the sellers Feedback.
- Contact the seller with questions about the item.
Do not be scared to contact the seller. They should welcome your queries and want to start a relationship with you..if they dont, if they seem unhelpful..then dont buy from them.
Zero Feedback - everyone starts on zero.
mail the seller and ask them the questions/worries you have.
As a seller, we are just as suspicious of buyers with zero feedback because many times they are new and fail to pay or dont pay quickly.
As soon as you have bid on your first item..
- monitor it closely
- pay quickly.
- This should ensure your first Positive Feedback.
Once the item is received...
- contact the seller if there is something not right.
- Discuss issues Before leaving feedback.
- Make a point never to leave Negative feedback (and you never will).
