I won item SAMSUNG 52X COMBO DRIVE DVD READ AND CD WRITER Item No.8769243538 for Rs.1800 plus shipping charges Rs. 299 These total amt Rs. 2099 I paid through Paisepay using my credit card (This item has been paid through PaisaPay (PaisaPay ID 16507466664). Payment was sent on 07-Mar-2006) Later after sending a querry the seller sonia bhatia from Delhi, she agreed to send the product. She said she despatched the same on 24/3/06 (sonia_online473 25-Mar-2006 at 11:15:14 IST

Additional Details:). Being resident and receiver at Mumbai I enquired at Blaze flash couriers Office in Mumbai about consignment. But the same is not recieved till date. The seller has no courtsey to respond my querry and not refunded my money so far. This is absolutely a fraud. With complete faith I paid but in response i find deceived.

Your money is safe if you take right steps at the right time.

You have to file a dispute, close a dispute & escalate it to a claim to get your money back..... all steps within the alloted time frame.

It might seem to be a tedious process but its a foolproof system.
