I had placed an order for a mobile phone on 02.07.2015 vide Paisa pay ID 39625790567. The item has not yet been shipped by the seller even after 7 days after placing the order. When contacted, he replies that he is facing a problem with the courier service and will try to ship as early as possible. As per the ebay guarantee, if the atem is not shipped within three days, the money gets refunded automatically. When I was trying to claim refund, the page does not accept the Paisa Pay ID number mentioned above and says no records found.
Any solution to my problem?
