Hello All,
I bought this Item 11 Jan 2016 and received the item on 20 Jan 2016.
To my surprise I got the item from shopclues.
Item received which was not working.
I raised ebay Claim about a month ago.
No response from ebay guarantee team so for.
No one called even one or not a email.
I called ebay help desk about 4 times , every time I got a response that someone from ebay guarantee team would call me within 24 hours.
But no call so far.
Kindly let me know what I need to do to resolve this issue. This is too bad that no one ever responds.
I like to buy from ebay but I do not want to be treated like this. Kindly help.
