I got an ultrasonic machine from global eBay which costs 18000 as I plugged the machine it was out of service despite of following all the mentioned instructions the machine didn't work. When I claimed sending images the claim was closed stating that they didn't receive any images afterwards when they got to know that images were uploaded twice before deadline than the reason was images are not proper n so on without any comments on image or any discussion call they closed the claim . After many call many mails the claim got reprocessed informally no confirmation nothing every cce will say I will escalate from my end as they are trained to for that but guys they will never do anything. Its been more than 20 days I have claimed I haven't received any revert or a single call from claim department. EBay is worst in customer satisfaction they will always take you for granted as if the item that was bought was free.
