I just bought a camera from ebay international. But I have just received an empty box with no camera. What can I do now. I have spent almost 12K on the camera.

You have been cheated. Did you pay by PayPal? If yes, then tell them that you received an empty box with no product. You might get back your money. If you had paid directly to the buyer (by some other method) then I am afraid there is no other way to recover the money.
