I AM GEORGE AND I ORDERED FOR NOKIA 9500 ON 3/8/2006 AND THE SELLER WAS DEALZ.4U THEY COMMITED ME 3 DAYS AND I MADE PAYEMENT WITH PAISAPAY THROUGH CREDITCARD FOR Item number190013747871 this is the receipt id for my amount conformation
Receipt for Your Payment to dealz.4u for PaisaPay ID 17379809724.
AFTER THAT IAM MAKING REGULAR CALLS TO SELLER STDS AND MAILING TO CUSTOMERCARE DAILY BUT THEY LEAVE A MAIL 3DAYS BACK THAT NOT END THE PROBLEM I FEEL EBAY A VERY UNSECURE WAY FOR PURCHASE THE AMOUNT IS 12799.
PLEASE GUIDE ME TO GET THE MONEY BACK THROUGH STANDARD PROTECTION.ITS ALREADY 18 DAYS AND NO IDEA WHAT IS HAPPENING SOMEONE HELP OR GUIDE ME PLEASE.

As you have made payment through paisa pay of an amount of 12k. Sometimes paisa pay waits till your payment is cleared by the credit card company for a bigger amount. Your seller must have been advised by ebay not to dispatch the material till your payment is cleared. Paisa pay takes upto 4 to 5 days to clear the payment. This is mutually good for the seller and buyer also.

After this may be your seller will nead 3 to 4 days to execute the dispatch due to various works involved in effecting the dispatch.

This is the positive side, still if you have doubt take all possible steps to protect yourself. You can take up the matter with ebay. Still I recommed to take up the matter with the seller first.
