This is regarding one of my purchase from eBay. The bluetooth headset BH 503.
Only after buying the item I came to know it doesnt work with Skype and I raised a claim to get refund.
But it was denied as that was not covered in eBay Gurantee program to which I also agreed.
Unfortunately it doesnt even charge and for which I contacted chat support only to get dissatisfied with Rahul M.
He kept repeating that its a manufacturing defect and doesnt not cover in eBay gurantee program.
As its only 15 days since I purchase the product, I was hoping to get refund or replacement of the product.
When I trusted eBay to purchase product, isn't eBay should help me out with this issue?
After buying a new item from ebay , do I need to be ready to get it repaired also???

Be careful and dont get cheated with this eBay gurantee program. Its FAKE!
