I have ordered an LCD for my panasonic P81, I paid 2780 and I got a counterfiet defective item. Immediatly I filed a claim to get my refund back. Its been 3 Weeks, Now I got a reply saying that I have to pay for the courier and send it back to them within 3 days, else they will not refund the amount. Ridiculous. They delievered the item to my door step, and when we want to return we have to take the pain to spend money on courier charges and go to a courier company?
Did you ever checked how Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc work in India?, they arrange a reverse pickup in no time and with no effort
With these kind of policies, I dont see you can win Indian Market.
