I had purchased one item on eBay (PaisaPay ID 39944607046), but the item was not shipped and delivered in time as mentioned by the seller (i.e.28th Aug, 2015). So, I had made a refund request on 29th Aug, 2015 but since then there has been no response from the claim adjuster. I have contacted the eBay customer care several times all they have told is our claim adjuster will get back to you but still there have been no response from his / her side and I saw 2 days ago that my refund is on hold. it has been almost 18 days but still no action from eBay why this is so? Do you harass your customer in this way? If I do not get my refund within another 2 days, I am moving to NCH. So look into this matter carefully.
