Ebay misguid customer

Ebay misguiding customer, WHen you are product detail it show you a date which is called estimated delivery date

when you buy, it show different date to deliver the item.

WHen your item do not get ship and cotact to customer care they say we give 5 day to seller and alll

and at last the seller having fake email id and their number is switched off always.

Ebay se kuch mat lena kabhi bhi ye pagal samjhte h or banate h.

I agree, ecommerce has its challenges in India as we are in nascent stages. 

Estimated date may not represent actual date since the item may be out of stock. When in doubt, it is better to contact the buyer about shipping date and get them to commit it before purchase.  

Another challenge, everyone(including seller) faces is with the accuracy of shipping. Logistics in India is still evolving and sometimes there are delays dependong on location. But it should get better in the near term.
