I ordered samsung gallaxy j7 on 9th 0ct....after 7 day seller didnt shipped tha item, than i email seller regarding that, when i didnt got the proper answer from seller side i raised the claim under ebay gurntee claim.
Than problem get it height....ebay person didnt call me ( ebay have policy that they have to call within 5 day regarding claim) after 6 day i called the ebay customer care and told my problem, ebay person told that you have to wait we arranged the call from the claim gurntee team with regarding your problem...
And after there time line that is 3 day...again i didnt got any call...
And torture not stop here....next day I have got messege that seller shipped the item.why seller shipped the item when I have already raised the claim for shipment is too late...
EBay gurntee claim adjuster have no responsibility for anything....
We buyer are only a joke....
EBay become worst day by day...
