Ebay Dussehra Gift not yet recieved

I haven't recieved my Ebay Dussehra Gift(Micromax Q2+ mobile phone) yet.

I contacted Ebay customer support several times. Also emailed them dozen times but of no use.

Can someone help me on this.
I would like to know the escalation process.

i have also made a purchase under the Dussehra Offer and was supposed to receive Panasonic Cordless phone with 45 days of the Claim. It has been more than 2 months and i have not received any gift from ebay. Additionally this transaction itself is so shady as ebay has not sent any confirmation mail or message saying that they have received the request or what they are doing exactly right now.
All ebay user, with the growing online shopping sites, there are many other sites which stand for quality customer service, reliable and transparent transaction with assurance of delivery. In the long term i dont know if i would like to do business with ebay any more.
Thanks ebay for breaking our trust and running ponzi schemes to bring sales.

I Bought a Micromax a110..
delivered on 06-Nov-12 (PaisaPay ID 32391480317)
But Panasonic Cordless phone Dnt Came.. 😞
I paid 800Rs extra on Market deal Just for this Phone..

I am Quite Upset with Ebay Team..
This is the first time i am Getting Problem With Ebay..

Now i really will doubt on them Before Buying.. ?:|
