EBay does not respond for claims.

I have ordered a TV for 1.87Lakh on 14 Jan.

I received a fully broken damaged TV, gave a call to seller no response.

Raised a claim on ebay on 9th Feb, they said in 72hrs some one will call me its been 15 days no one is calling me up.

I call up ebay every 2 days asking them to call me, they say claims backend team will call you keep waiting.

Ebay does not care about its users and leaving me now with a bill of 1.87 lakhs to pay.

Please help, how do i escalate, no one in ebay is bothered to resolve my complaint.
