EBAY SUPPORTING FRAUD SELLER???

I have received "100% Original Xiaomi Mi 20000 mAh Power Bank" for Rs. 899/- from the seller on 15th March, 2017 and on checking, I found the it NOT working. There was no brochure or any warranty card on the parcel.

On further checking I found the logo contains only "m" not "mi" as in original. It looks the item is a duplicate and the seller is a Fraud.

I have tried to call the seller, but in vain.

On 22.3.2017 I have opened a guarantee claim (Claim ID: 2780824), but on 23.3.2017, without even checking on the facts, the case was rejected with the "finding" that the item is under manufacturer warranty and requested to approach nearest service center.
Without a warranty card, with this duplicate item, where I'm to go for warranty??

I am not worried losing money, but a trustworthy marketplace like ebay should not have rejected a genuine buyer's claim / right and support the fraud seller without even checking the facts.
