I have noted that no contact is made by Courier delivering the items purchased on eBay. An estimate timeframe for delivery is given; however, there is no phone call or sms that the item is out for delivery. When placing an order, a message comes up stating that updates shall be given but it is not happening. The last message which comes is that the order placed has been dispatched. There is no step-by-step tracking like in other e-portals. I am not happy with this kind of service; however, no complaint with regard to the condition of products purchased on eBay.
