I purchased a nexus 5 from ebay. Unfortunately
The phone was damaged so the seller approved for refund.
But I didn't get my refund yet the PaisaPay and ebay customer support team trying to cheat me. They were informed they all ready sent the amount on 23 August 2014...so I was given the detailed bank statement from Aug 22 to paisapaydocs@ebay.com .Now they are saying they want a bank statement from 12 Aug....
I am not getting what they are saying... If they are processed it on 23 Aug then why from 12 Aug
Are they really trying to cheat me?
I found on various forums that hundreds of customers have this type of problem with ebay....so I am in doubt, is anybody got refund from ebay?
Should I go through court??
