I am really sorry to say this, but I had placed my order on 16th july that is more than fifteen days back and i still havent received my order ***
Also, a person from your billing section had contacted me in order to verify the postal code of my area. I confirmed to him the entire address. then I got back to him a on 29th and asked him if i can coontact someone on ebay regarding my order (last day to receive delivery was 28th). he told me to call back in some time.
when I called him up the next day, he told me "wrong number".
I just want to know how you treat your customers this way. I ordered for the first time from ebay and i was thinking that you guys keeo good stuff and I shall order again. But this attitude is way too much. I shall never buy from you and tell others not to buy from you either. neither Have I received my order nor has my money been refunded.
SEE I want my order as soon as possible, or else give me my money.
Ebay is such a big brand. how do you behave this way?? have you got no ethics!
