Defective Mobile

I ordered a SAMSUNG GALAXY BRAND NEW A7) of Rs.22,990 on 3rd October and i got it on 5th October. I saw the phone camera was broken so as per the company policy i raise a claim for refund on the same day.  I am continously calling them to sort out this matter. But the constantly replying the same the wait for 24 or 48 hours. I received a call from 21st October form ebay team i have to ship the item to the seller. But i denied for the same as i don't want to take risk of shipping because in between the transit if anything misplace or something they reject my refund claim. Today it is almost 28 days but i didnt get any response from their side. Please help me on this as this is turning mental trauma for me and my family. As it become my daily basis work to call to ebay and got the useless response. Please look into the matter asap. And, advise for the new buyers that they are not concerned for the consumer satisfaction only selling defective products to the buyers by doing fraud to them. So, please dont choose Ebay to buy anything.
