I had bought a used watch from a seller in US... to my hard luck... though I received an item... it was not the watch I had ordered and paid for :_|
Seller asked me to ship back the watch I received so that he can re-send the correct watch.
I sent the watch I received back to the seller through India Post - Speed Post.
Today on the Speed Post Tracking page... I see that the packet I sent is with 'Customs' and the status is 'Customs Retained Reason: Other'
Is this normal ? Will my shipment go through without any hassles ?
Though the post office where I booked the item had no clue what a 'Form CN 22' was, I had duly filled in and attached the same on the packet.
The value of the item is US $12.49 (Rs. 683.90)
Just wanted to know if this status 'Customs Retained Reason: Other' is just normal or will my item be retained without proceeding further?
