I made 2 transactions on ebay for buying a Samsung Televeision for 59085 and wallmount bracket for 1185. Both amounts were debited from my bank but ebay rejected larger transaction of 59085 while allowing smaller transaction for 1185 on the same card.
My bank tells me that ebay has not refunded the amount debited on 12th May 2015 so far. Ebay informs me that they have rejected the transaction so the don't have the money to refund. I am going to file a consumer court case against ebay if my refund does not arrive in the next 2 days. Ebay better take note of it. My paisapay id pending for refunnd is : 42579580949
