Hi there.
I have recently raised a claim. Sadly, I did not hear from eBay for around 3 days although the seller and I were communicating. I had to call Customer Service to know if there is any progress in the case as I needed to get the phone replaced.
Anyone here who had a claim settled quickly? How many days can one expect a claimn to be settled in. My seller has agreed over the exchange of messages that he wil replace my phone after understanding the case. So i fail to understand how much problem eBay could have.
