Dear e-bay team,
I hope this feedback will go to some responsible officers who will go into details of route cause of my problem and resolve it.
Following is point wise summary of my order status till date,
1. Booked a Lumia phone with PaisaPay ID 40762953816 on 17.10.2015.
2. given shipment details were wrong and courier company said that the given docket number does not belong to them selves.
3. Shipment was not delivered to me and I raised a claim under ID- 1373881 on 26.10.2015.
4. All time frames have now been crossed and I have not received my claim so far.
I hope somebody will take a responsible action on this. I am very sorry to state that if I do not get my refund within shortest possible time, I will be forced to move to consumer forum and court.
