Beware of iPhone 4 fraud on ebay

ebay seems to be selling iPhone4 is in large qty but lot of people like me are taken in by the sellers who do not deal honestly.
Last week I purchased a
FACTORY UNLOCKED BRAND NEW BOX PACKED APPLE iPHONE 4 16
FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA +3 MONTHS DEALER WARRANTY
from ebay as gift to my daughter in Delhi.
Phone was delivered next day, and though the phone it self was OK, problem rose with the charger,headset,data cable which were fake. The seller agreed thay were high class fake and agreed to supply original charger,headset,data cable BUT replacement was more fake charger,headset,data cable.
Now i m in a bind- a 32k gift is tainted.
BEWARE.
I have raised the issue with dealer, but stalling is all that is done.

Please provide detail name of the seller so that everyone can be cautious.

Also this must be a case of individual seller. Ebay is not to be blamed as ebay is only a marketplace.
