I bought an HTC Desire 310 LCD Display + Touch Screen Digitizer Assembly from seller the 2nd of Aug 2017. The item was defective and so I sent it back to the seller after his assurance of a replacement, now 3 months later I haven't received any replacement nor have I got a refund. After trying to make contact multiple times through the phone and also through Ebay, the seller has ignored to reply and have not done anything to resolve the issue. Having no option I told the seller to send back the defective item but this was also not fulfilled by the seller. Having said that, I strongly advise against proceeding with transactions if possible, this kind of unprofessionalism from sellers like these spoils the entire shopping experience for regular customers on ebay.in
