Amount deducted but transaction failed

I last night placed an order for portable hard disk worth Rs. 4991 through credit card. Though the amount was deducted from my account but still I got this message
: "Your PaisaPay credit / debit card payment cannot be completed. Please select a different payment type " and item wasn't purchased and also I didn't got any message from eBay in this regard.

This was supposed to be my first purchase at eBay and I have got such a awful experience. Can anybody help me in this regard?

i have placed an order for t shirt but amount deducted but still order not booked saame is happnd today also when i booked bluetooth and perfume pls replued when i will gert it returned my amount

FRAUD ! FRAUD ! FRAUD ! they detected amount from my bank account, while transaction failed, and they never reverted money back [FRAUD], ebay is fraud, no trust left. it has been more than 7 days, tried sending mails, calling customer care etc, they talk in hard tone. totally fake website. never trust them. user id : mrgargashish amount ded : 959.83 (two times) date 20th oct, my mobile : ***
