i am waiting for a refund of 400 rs for the past 11 months from the
seller. the seller had promised the refund of 400 for a missing part on
19th april 2016. i am still waiting for the refund.
I have been trying to get 400 rs from the seller for a defective product
since april 2017. can someone from ebay help or I'll no other option but
to approach the consumer forum
