recently i bought flipcover for my newly bought mobile microsoft lumia 535 dual sim,, but seller "***" sent me the flipcover for microsoft lumia 640 dual sim,, which does not fit to my mobile. when i claimed for replacement of the product.. the ebay....

i have received a different item and when i claimed .ebay just closed and rejected my claim..
