Bad customer care. They wont keep up timing we want to beg them everytime. Once we initialise the cliam they will take more days but they mention 5 days. But actually they take more then 8 days to reply us. From there conversation begins it takes me more then 1 and half months now. Claim is in favor of me (buyer) because my seller don't care about my messages even ebay message to. After one month they said my seller not responding to them. So this claim is in favour of mine. But still i didnt get refund. They arrange a pickup but no body came to my home to pickup the thing what seller sent it to me. I message them more time still waiting for my refund. But seems like nobody in ebay care about my refund. Such a worst customer care i ever seen. Never return to this site again for my buying needs. Before i buy more things like from ebay i was a serious buyer and returning customer even they dont mind me. How you new buyer treat like. 😞 😞 😞
