Received First Order - need help with invoice

Hello fellow members,

My shop has received first order and I have doubts regarding invoice value for customs and eBRC from Payoneer. The deadline to ship is Mar 29 at 11:29am PDT so help is urgently required.

The Item price is USD90 and ebay is directly collecting Sales tax of USD6.3 from buyer. Ebay is deducting transaction fees of USD14.70. This is the first order so funds are on hold till 24th April.

My doubt is what invoice value (USD90, USD96.3 or  USD75.3 or other value) should I declare in invoice for customs so that the value in CSBV and eBRC issued by Payoneer is same and there is later no issue raised by our AD Bank.

Thanks a lot for the help.

Received First Order - need help with invoice

Dear thehidemaster,

Greetings from team eBay!

Congratulations on receiving your first order. Make sure that you are shipping it within the stated handling time (as mentioned by you in the listing) to avoid Item Not Received disputes from buyers and also defects on your account which would impact your seller standards & performance. To know more about shipping & handling please visit : https://sellglobal.ebay.in/seller-center/handling-and-shipping-time/

While proceeds from your sales typically become available within 2 days of confirming the buyer’s payment, we may place a transaction hold on funds while we ensure a successful transaction.  To know details on why payments are kept on hold  you can read our article page here:  https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold/payments-hold?id=5266

Please note that eBay is a marketplace where the transactions take place between buyers & sellers. So for queries related to customs, invoice declaration etc you would need to connect with your CA who will be in the best position to help you.

Regards,

eBay INCBT Team
