You EGS account in not activate

I am getting this error when I try to login into EGS website

Your EGS account is not active.

• If you are new to EGS, please contact your eBay Account Manager.
• If you are an existing user and changed your eBay User ID recently, please drop a mail to ops@ebay.com along with your old and new user ids.
• In case of any other issues, please mail the issue along with your user ID and screenshot of the error to ops@ebay.com
