I have encountered what I believe to be a scam. I ordered some seeds from selller7 on Feb. 8 of this year. The estimated delivery date was an extremely wide Feb. 28 to April 22. When nothing arrived I managed to contact a customer service representative at e-bay (ref. service request #1-433521031289) and was told to call back in a week. When I tried to call back, the order was old enough it had been removed and I was unable to call back. Before this, l never realized how useless 'ebay customer support really is. They had me wait instead of resolving the issue and then, I could find no way to contact them about this issue.
I suspect that was the reason for the long delivery time specified for the seeds. Appartently, after a certain period of time, ebay will no longer allow you to do anything.
So, I have been cheated but I hope this may help others avoid this scam. Further, I have been so disappointed that I plan to avoid ebay in the future.
