Payouts blocked

Payouts on my account is blocked since November 4. Error message says "Your payouts are blocked while we review your account. This is a routine process to keep your account safe and takes up to 2 business days to complete. We’ll email you if we need more info". It has been more than 6 days now but neither my payouts are unblocked nor anybody contacted me from eBay for more information regarding my account.  Kindly address my issue.
