I need to sell internationally from India.

(1)     Do I need a Credit Card?

(2)     Will ebay.com accept Credit Cards issued from India?

(3)     If I sell on ebay.com, can I pay the Seller Fees through my State Bank Savings Account (NEFT)?

you can pay fees via neft

you have to create listing via ebay.in international listing
