plz help me i need to provide shipping details of my sold item but i dont know what is docket details and remarks on the page pls help me

Hello digesh_electronics,

            Docket Number is the number, when you send any item by any Courier and the number you are given by the courier..

         That number is the number which you have to enter in the Docket Details...

You need to mention tracking number is the Docket Details. As for remarks, it could be anything that you seems fit to mention. I usually points out to track the item only after 24 hours and the estimate days of delivery.

docet details are the tracking information  either consignment number or tracking number. you will need to select shipping service company name in dropdown and relevent tracking id and remarks is optional message
