I have been facing issues with your slow service and replies. My remittances are put on hold.
After KYC is completed. Nobody is replying, why remittances are on hold.
Ebay representative informed it is Trust and Security team who will respond on it.
Does that team actually work ? as i have not seen any replies from them.
My seller rating has gone down from 97% to 92% as my operations are getting adversely effected due to this.
Just to inform you guys, ebay, paisapay earns money from buyers, but they earn due to hard work of sellers. If there is good focus on sellers requirements too, ebay & paisapay also will make good money, otherwise, its a two way loss.
I am dropping this mail with a hope, my matter will be looked upon and remittances will be released. Please let me know if you need anything from me, in terms of compliance or anything, all ears..
I have to make payment of around 3000 for my last month sales to ebay, which i shall make as soon as my remittances are released !!
