power seller with 99% feedback with top rated dashboard but performance below standard

i am a power seller on ebay with 99% feedback and my seller dashboard qualifies me for top rated performance.but my seller performance kept on below standard just to keep my items on the last page.there is definately some partiality going on.i have sent several mails to inrswebhelp but to no avail.they are neither changing it nor willing to change.guys plz have a look at attached image to find the height of partiality going on in ebay just to promote siome sellers and to discourage others.

eBay evaluates your account on 20th of every month. The screen shot you posted shows your account standings for the evaluation on 20th septemper so your account will be Above Standard after 20th September. To view your current account status click on Last evaluation. Your account stats of the last evaluation will be shown there.

they have kept me above standard but i should be a top rated seller 

kindly check the attachement from past one month i am trying to send them email but they are not replying to my emails

Ebay is not giving you "top rated seller" status because you have issues with "item as described" and "shipping time" your score should be 0.6% or below for each but you have a score of 0.63%.

Please take the same screenshot once again with the "top rated" tag selected and then give the image here once again.
