i have sold a mobile cover to a buyer in gujrat , this was my 2nd oder in ebay so i packed and cleaned the product myself to ensure the satisfaction of the customer but after the delivery customer sas he have recieved a damage product and the image uploaded my the cusotmer is not my product and its not even clean to see that its a mobile cover ot not, is there any way to get secured by thes customer and i have given him a good feedback also by mistake, can anyone help me to remove that feedbak because i am trying but i am not able to do that.
You will face such incidents. Unfortunately there is no way out. What you can do is file a claim with Ebay and try to argue that picture sent by the buyer is different from the product. However there is little chance that Ebay would agree. Also make sure to tell ebay not to issue refund until you have received the product back. In many cases, fraud buyers drops the claim and soon as they find out that they will have to ship the product back on their own.
As for feedback, there is nothing you can do. Besides its not possible to leave negative feedback to buyer.
