is powership charging more than actual weight

the powership is charging in excess the acutal weight all my packets are of 100 grams but bluedart is charging as per 500 grams for these, i am making loss on all the shipments sent by bluedart,have mailed 2-3 times to everyone but no reply from them, is there any help ebay can provide is this matter, or we need to make loss for all these transactions????

I have also reported more than 7 paisapay id's where Bluedart has over charged. parcels not more than 100-150 Gms are charged 1000 Grams. Very inappropriate. On the contrary, Fedex has a great system and very good pick up facility here in chennai. Bluedart pick up is also very irregular.

I suggest you to get in touch with your local Blue Dart Office for this or alternatively you can ask them to weight your shipments before you. 

P.S : If the price of your shipment is less than Rs. 500, only then the slab of 250 Grams is applied else the slab of 500 Grams is applied whether the shipment is 250 Grams or 500 Grams.

in my case, one of my shipment was chargec for 1 kilogram. value was Rs 597, weight - 200 Gms. perfect rectangular packing no uneven shape.

I have experienced that BlueDart sometimes weight more than the actual Gram or Volumetric Weight. I had once sent 20 Tables ( All weighted 2500 Grams ) but they were sent by Blue Dart as 5 KG. Then I confirmed the weight with other carriers ( FedEx and Aramex ) and they assured me that a single Table weights only 2.5 KG.

I went straight to the nearby Blue Dart Office and asked the Operation Manager to weight the Table in front of me and it weighted 2.5 KG. I remember there was a lot of Sarcasm involved when I was insulting their integrity. Since then they're processing my shipments on time and take care of weight calculation accurately.

You MUST visit the local processing branch in case you experience such problems.
