This above said ID is useless, no reply received ever after first week of launch of powership service.
Whenever call centre staff for powership doesnt have a reply, they will ask you to send email to the said ID.
This is only an alibi actually. Because everyone in ebay knows all email to this id goes to JUNK folder.
Stop sending emails, just keep calling ebay powership and complaint that their service is horrible, also please fill up the survey as you login ebay with negative remarks. let the headoffice in USA know how the ebay india is working.
