Sign into ebay, then go to My ebay..BOUGHT with PAISAPAY. You can see details of your paisapay id, the last date for shipping of the item and the last date for delivery of the item to you. If the seller has shipped the item, the AWB Number and name of the courier will be posted under shipping details of BOUGHT WITH PAISAPAY page of your ebay account. If the seller has failed to ship the item before the stipulated date, ebay will automatically cancel the transaction and give you a refund If the seller has not asked you for allowing more days for shipment )

So, you may check in your ebay account to see if the item has been shipped by the seller. If so, you can track the movement of the item in the courier's site.

If the seller has not shipped the item, you may send him a mail or even phone him to see why he has not shipped the item. You may also contact ebay customer support either by email or by chatting, to bring your grievance to the notice of the ebay.
