Is your sales down after eBay India is SOLD to Flipkart Indian company?
As you well know eBay one of the oldest shopping site and actually this is the only eCommerce site that give
idea to many including Flipkart, Paytm and many other who are in top position now.
And eBay work in systematic way like we see in United States America and other developed nations like United Kingdom etc.
So this way it can run the business for many years
But for their own gain shopping sites like Flipkart often favor buyers. So as a seller it is very risky to you to sell on those sites due to anti-seller polices.
So that already biggest issue and months back in 2017 year many sellers place their views when Flipkart acquired this eBay India.
But now everyday new type of problems we are facing.
Since more than 5 years on eBay we never face any issue with payment. If payment is being sent on Mondy and thurday it used to credit to account within 1-2 days.
But after Flipkart takes this eBay India. At least 5-6 times we face different type of issues like Payment email received but payment not credited. When contacted eBay staff do not have any clue. So after a week again they says there is technical problem and all sellers facinig same issue and then amount credited to account after a week.
THIS never happened earlier. And why should it happen???
Now it happened many times after Flipkart.
Now every 15 days eBay changing policies.
Now after 20th Nov, 2017 eBay system have payment issue. Like customers payment getting deducted, even from card, Paytm wallet etc. And whereas on eBay site shows payment not successful. Whereas if same user tried Paytm wallet with other websites it works fine.
And you know story of this worst Paytm which do not have toll free number. no customer care. All worst staff and buyers face lot of issues if anything happens.
So after coming to know from few people and my personal observation. Already eBay sales down after Flipkart take eBay few months back.
Now from November 20th 2017 I see sales drop and I came to know this from few sellers as well.
So what exactly happening with eBay.
Is this the end of eBay International and bad news for small businesses in India?
