eBay Bluedart Blunder for All prepaid order on 14th Dec'13

All prepaid order on the day of 14th Dec, have been converted to COD. 

 

All my buyers is shouting on us as they have paid money in advance and bluedart buys is asking them to pay on time of delivery. 

 

When i have called to ebay about it, they simply said that they are looking into it. We are paying  10% ebay fees for such stupid services. 

 

At least, you need to announce the matter on the board as well that there is issue so please do not pay at time of delivery. eBay have not informed buyers about this and now buyer is calling continously to seller like us for answer. 

 

I think enrolling in powership is not a good idea at all. They are making our business worst day by day. Too many complaint from buyer but ebay is not looking into it. 

 

We are also dealing with flipkart and Shopclues. Once we call them about small issue, they give answer politely. eBay seems work like Indian government, NOBODY WANTS TO WORK OR GIVE TO ANSWER. 

 

ALL EBAY EMPLOYEES WHO DO CHAT WITH MEMBER IS JUST **bleep** OFF AS THEY ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE CHAT IN MIDDLE ALWAYS !!!!

 

I THINK WE NEED TO TELL THIS ISSUE TO USA EBAY !! EBAY INDIA IS JUST DAMAGING NAME OF EBAY INDIA !!!

Hi!

Same here. Better to email buyers (To whom we shipped on 14th) from seller's end and inform about this. Powership service is too slow to react.

If you receive any negative feedback you may call the powership team so that they will remove immediately.
